Bids are invited on behalf of the President, South Asian University, under Two-bid system (Technical bid
and Financial bid) from reputed, eligible and qualified firms for Shifting/relocation of various Office
Furniture, Library, Computer Labs, Hostel, Classrooms, Mess, Cafeteria, Servers and UPS etc. from South
Asian University, Akbar Bhawan, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi to Permanent Campus of South Asian
University at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi as per schedule, specifications and as per the terms & conditions
mentioned in the tender document.

Opening of Bid: 12.12.2022 (12 December 2022) at 12:00 Noon

Pre-Bid Meeting: 05 December 2022 at 3PM at South Asian University, Akbar Bhavan, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

SECOND PRE-BID MEETING: 09 December 2022 at 3PM in South Asian University, Akbar Bhavan, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

CORRIGENDUM 3:

(A) Additional item not to be considered for transportation- 84 CCTV Cameras and related accessories mentioned in Annexure IX of the bid.

(B) Total maximum time period required for the entire shifting and proper placing of all items to the designated places except the sensitive & sophisticated Biotechnology Lab equipment is till end of the January i.e. 31/012023. For above mentioned Biotechnology lab equipment, the time period may go up to February end i.e. 28/02/2023.

(C) Payment for the work done: As most of the work will be completed by the end of January, the selected bidder shall get at least 50 % payment of total contract value immediately their after. And the final payment will be done after end of the work.

(D) The selected bidder should get separate provision for samples stored at 4 Degree, -20 Degree and -80 Degree in Biotechnology Lab for safe transportation.

CORRIGENDUM 2:

(A) Last date for bid submission has been extended upto 14 Dec 2022 until 3:00PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30PM

(B) Annexure II, Point No 4 regarding insurance stands modified as under: Cost of Insurance will be as per actuals and is to be taken by the successful bidder only.
