South Asian University (SAU) invites responses (“Tenders”) to this Request for Proposals
(“RFP”) from Agencies/ firms (“Bidders” or “Applicants”) for undertaking Annual
Maintenance Support (AMS) services for ERP implementation at SAU in accordance with
the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFP.

This is a re-tendering and bidders who have submitted EMD in response to the earlier RFP No
ICT/RFP/2202202301 need not submit fresh bid security; though all other bid documents need to be submitted afresh.
